Thank you for booking your home cleaning with Radiant Renewal Cleaning.

These Terms of Service outline the policies and conditions governing your use of our services. By booking a cleaning service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Radiant Renewal Cleaning provides residential cleaning services and communicates with customers through phone, email, and SMS messaging regarding appointments, service updates, reminders, and customer support.

Please review the terms below carefully.


Required Card on File

All billing is handled electronically through our trusted third-party payment processor, Stripe.

For your security:

• We do not have access to your full payment method details
• Your card will be securely stored on file through Stripe
• Charges are processed automatically after each cleaning
• Receipts are sent to the email address on file

A valid payment method is required to maintain active service. We reserve the right to cancel services if a valid card is not on file.


Card Authorization Hold

A temporary authorization hold for the total service amount may be placed on your card 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

This authorization hold:

• Is not a charge
• Ensures that payment information is valid
• May result in service cancellation if the hold fails

If an authorization fails, you will be notified via phone, text, or email.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

(48 Hours Notice Required)

We understand that plans change. However, late cancellations directly impact our cleaners’ schedules and earnings.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• Less than 48 hours notice: $50 fee
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of booking total
• Same-day cancellation: 100% of booking total

All applicable fees will be charged to the card on file.


Cleaner Reassignment Policy

Radiant Renewal Cleaning reserves the right to reassign cleaners as needed for both recurring and one-time services.

Whenever possible, we will notify clients in advance of any cleaner changes.


Complaints & Service Issues

If you experience an issue with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion to qualify for a resolution.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Radiant Renewal Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Safety concerns
• Weapons present on the premises
• Severe clutter or unsafe working conditions
• Disconnected utilities
• Inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behavior

Our team does not provide cleaning services involving:

• Hoarder homes
• Biohazards (feces, urine, blood, vomit, drug paraphernalia)
• Pest infestations
• Tall ladder work (over 3 steps)
• Hazardous environments

If a property is deemed unsafe upon arrival, the cleaning team may leave and applicable cancellation fees will apply.


Cleaning Day Preparation

Cleaning services assume that cleaners can focus fully on cleaning tasks.

Clients should ensure:

• Floors and countertops are accessible
• Personal clutter is picked up prior to arrival

Proper preparation helps ensure efficient and high-quality service.


Use of Homeowner Equipment

If you request that we use your personal vacuum or equipment:

• We assume no liability for damage to the equipment
• We are not responsible for repair or replacement

If a vacuum is not functional, vacuuming services may not be completed.


Unreachable Areas & Heavy Items

For safety reasons, cleaners do not:

• Use tall ladders
• Move heavy furniture or appliances

If you would like areas behind furniture cleaned, please move those items ahead of the appointment.


Non-Solicitation Agreement

Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or contract any Radiant Renewal Cleaning employee or contractor during service and for two (2) years following termination of service.

Violation of this agreement may result in:

• Immediate service termination
• $3,000 liquidated damages fee
• Potential legal action


Changes to Requested Services

All service changes must be approved by our office prior to the appointment.

Cleaners are not authorized to approve service changes.

All requests must be submitted through our office before 5:00 PM the day prior to your scheduled cleaning.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If something was missed during your cleaning:

• Notify us within 24 hours
• Provide photos of missed areas if possible

We will return to re-clean the affected areas.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may fall outside our warranty period.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Pre-existing wear and tear
• Improper installation
• Incorrect usage of fixtures or appliances


Hourly Cleaning Services

Hourly services are based solely on the amount of time purchased.

Completion of all requested tasks is not guaranteed.

Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to hourly services.

Additional time may be purchased if needed.


Flat-Rate Pricing

Flat-rate pricing assumes a reasonable level of cleanliness.

If additional time is required:

• You will be contacted for approval
• You may approve additional time or adjust service priorities

Prices will never increase without client approval.


Arrival Windows

Arrival windows are typically two hours, such as:

• 8:00 – 10:00 AM
• 10:00 – 12:00 PM
• 12:00 – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 – 4:00 PM

Delays due to weather, cancellations, or lockouts will be communicated as soon as possible.


Holidays

Radiant Renewal Cleaning does not operate on the following holidays:

• Independence Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve
• New Year’s Day

If your scheduled service falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule.


Services Not Offered

We do not provide:

• Wet wiping of light bulbs
• Floor refinishing or waxing
• Upholstery cleaning
• Biohazard cleanup
• Large furniture moving
• Large-scale trash removal


Communication & Payment Responsibility

Clients must keep contact information accurate and up to date.

All charges and authorization holds apply to the payment method on file.

Failure to pay for services may result in:

• Service suspension
• Collections activity
• Legal action


SMS Messaging Terms

Radiant Renewal Cleaning may communicate with customers through SMS text messaging regarding cleaning services.

These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Schedule changes
• Service updates
• Customer support responses

Opt-Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our phone number.

After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you wish to subscribe again, you may sign up through our website or booking forms.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any SMS messages sent to you from us or from you to us.

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services.

Intellectual Property

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the services are provided.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
